Commissary Helper

We are looking for Commissary Helper who will work in a commissary or central kitchen that prepares, portions, stores, and distributes food products to our restaurant branches. The role mainly supports kitchen production, sanitation, inventory handling, and food preparation tasks under the supervision of cooks, commissary managers and operations manager.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school graduate or senior high school graduate is usually preferred.
• Vocational training in food handling, culinary, or hospitality is required.

Experience:

• Experience in kitchens, food manufacturing, restaurants, bakeries, or commissaries is required.

Skills:

• Basic food preparation knowledge
• Proper cleaning and sanitation practices
• Safe handling of kitchen tools and equipment
• Basic inventory handling

Personal Skills:

• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Can lift boxes or supplies when needed
• Hardworking and dependable
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with good attitude
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays

Knowledge:

• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Familiarity with kitchen operations
• Awareness of proper storage temperatures and handling procedures
