COMMISSARY PERSONNEL / PRODUCTION CREW

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a food production, food service, or commissary setting.

• Background in food manufacturing, processing, or packaging is highly preferred.

• Understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols.

• Familiarity with basic kitchen/commissary equipment and production line procedures.

• Ability to follow standard recipes, portion control, and batch production instructions.

• Capable of working in cold storage and low-temperature environments for extended periods.

• Physically fit; able to lift, push, or carry up to 25kg as needed.

• Comfortable with long standing hours and repetitive tasks.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to adjust to rotating or extended shifts as required by production volume.

• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and punctuality.

• Demonstrated ability to work well in teams, follow supervision, and maintain a fast-paced output without compromising quality.
