Commissary Staff

Qualifications:

-of legal age

-Senior High graduate or college level

-NCII in Butchery is optional, with relevant Commissary work experience that involves cutting, portioning and preparing of ingredients is required.

-with Food Safety and Sanitation Training Certificate
Basic Responsibilities:

1. Cutting of meat products according to standard sizes or portion to achieve standard yield.

2. Preparation of food item according to set standard like brining and marinating.

3. Following proper food storage, FIFO/FEFO for health and safety purposes

4. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the working area including designated storage room

5. Strictly follows inventory protocols, stocks releasing, stocks requisition, and purchasing.

6. Computer literate for documentation purposes.

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
