Commissary Steward

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of the commissary kitchen, work areas, equipment, and utensils to support smooth and safe production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations.
• Wash and properly store kitchen tools, equipment, and utensils.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the commissary.
• Properly dispose of waste and follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Support production staff with basic cleaning and utility tasks as needed.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and materials are properly handled and stored.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate.
• Preferably with experience in a kitchen, commissary, restaurant, or food production environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Team player, hardworking, and willing to learn.
