Commission Analyst

We're hiring a Commission Analyst to review and audit commission calculations, contracts, discounts, promotions, and project changes. This is a fully remote role and a good fit for someone who enjoys detailed, process-driven work and takes pride in catching the things other people miss.

What matters is that you're accurate, dependable, and willing to ask questions instead of making assumptions.

What you'll do

• Audit commission calculations against contracts, discounts, promotions, and project documentation
• Verify supporting information rather than accepting figures at face value
• Identify and document discrepancies that could affect a commission payout
• Follow established audit procedures consistently, and escalate unusual situations appropriately
• Communicate findings clearly in writing and coordinate with team members when clarification is needed
• Track outstanding issues through to resolution and complete audits within established deadlines

• Strong attention to detail — comfortable working with numbers, contracts, and project data
• Clear written communication and the ability to explain a discrepancy plainly
• Ability to learn and follow a defined process, and apply feedback to future work
• Critical thinking — able to compare information across multiple sources and recognize when something doesn't add up
• Ownership of assigned work and follow-through on open items
• Comfort learning new systems and adapting as policies and procedures change

Experience

Backgrounds in auditing, accounting, commissions, payroll, sales operations, or project administration are preferred, but we'll consider strong candidates without direct industry experience. A degree is not required.

Pay: From E£25,000.00 per month
