About the Opportunity

This is a commission-only, field-based business development role.

You will visit local businesses across Melbourne, speak directly with business owners and decision-makers, understand their current website and marketing needs, and introduce relevant Arthkaira services.

Your main goal will be to identify genuine business opportunities, generate qualified leads, arrange meetings, and support the sales process until a client is successfully converted.

This is not a fixed salary or hourly-paid position.

The role offers flexible working arrangements, subject to applicable Australian work rights and visa conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses across Melbourne.
• Approach business owners and decision-makers professionally.
• Introduce Arthkaira and explain our digital services.
• Understand each business's current website, marketing, and lead-generation needs.
• Identify areas where Arthkaira may be able to help.
• Explain relevant services in a simple and professional manner.
• Generate qualified business leads.
• Arrange meetings or calls with interested prospects.
• Follow up with potential clients.
• Support the sales process until the prospect becomes a paying client.
• Maintain basic records of businesses contacted, discussions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Build professional relationships with local Melbourne businesses.

Commission & Earnings
