Commission-Based Recruiter

Job Summary:
This is a commission-based role only. There is NO fixed salary or retainer. We're delighted to be adding a highly motivated and results-driven Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. This position is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions, primarily through platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and other relevant job boards.

Compensation: We are offering $200 for each successful placement you make.

This role is ideal for experienced recruiters or independent talent sourcers who are passionate about finding top-tier candidates and are confident in their ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source qualified candidates for open positions using platforms such as LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and more.
2. Conduct outreach to potential candidates, gauge their interest, and provide them with information about the positions.
3. Review resumes and job applications to assess candidates' suitability.
4. Engage with candidates and conduct preliminary screenings to ensure they meet job requirements.
5. Maintain a detailed record of candidates, including sourcing channels and communication history.
6. Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine search criteria and ensure alignment with job requirements.
7. Stay proactive in building and maintaining an active candidate pipeline for future roles.
8. Provide regular updates on the status of candidate sourcing and placement efforts.
9. Track and report on your sourcing results to improve processes and outcomes.
10. Join our team meetings to understand the recruitment needs

Compensation:

1. Base salary: None
2. Performance-based compensation: $200 per successful placement.

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience sourcing candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, OnlineJobs, Upwork, and similar job boards.
2. Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing strategies and platforms.
3. Ability to assess resumes and profiles quickly and effectively.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Familiarity with CRM tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially in a remote setting.
2. Strong experience with lead generation or candidate outreach.
3. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
4. Familiarity with different recruiting platforms and tools.
5. Previous experience in a performance-based compensation structure is a plus.
