Houtz Millwork is growing our sales team, and we’re looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our customer base throughout Central Texas!

We specialize in manufacturing quality cabinet doors, cabinet components, dovetail drawer boxes, shutters, corbels, brackets, louvers, and custom millwork products.

We’re looking for someone who understands the millwork or construction industry, enjoys building relationships, and knows how to turn opportunities into sales.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout Central Texas.

Build relationships with cabinet makers, contractors, home builders, remodelers, and construction companies.

Promote Houtz Millwork’s products and manufacturing capabilities.

Visit potential customers, introduce our services, and generate new accounts.

Follow up on sales leads and maintain customer relationships.

Work independently to meet and exceed sales goals.

Help grow our wholesale and commercial customer base.

Qualifications

Some knowledge or experience in the millwork, cabinetry, woodworking, building materials, or construction industry is REQUIRED.

Previous sales experience preferred.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.

Comfortable making cold calls and visiting potential customers.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to work independently and manage your own sales opportunities.
