Commission Specialist

We are looking for a Commission and Incentives Specialist to oversee the processing and monitoring of commission and incentive requests, ensure accurate documentation and reporting, coordinate with internal departments, and provide timely support to our sales agents and accredited brokers. This role will be assigned to Megaworld at The Fort, Taguig City .

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments and stakeholders.
