Commissioning Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Commissioning Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in ELV, ICT, and telecommunications systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in system configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CCTV, VMS, Access Control, and related security and telecommunications systems. Experience in enterprise-level projects and IP networking will be an advantage.

Job Description:

• Configure, integrate, test, commission, and troubleshoot enterprise ELV, ICT, and telecommunications systems.
• Perform configuration and commissioning of IP CCTV, VMS, Access Control, ANPR, Intercom, and integrated security systems.
• Configure recording servers, storage systems, access controllers, and associated ELV infrastructure.
• Support ICT networking, including managed switches, VLANs, PoE, multicast, fiber optics, and network connectivity.
• Configure and troubleshoot telecommunications systems, including IP-PBX/PABX, VoIP, industrial telephones, and emergency communication systems.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), system integration testing, and final commissioning.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, storage, and system integration issues.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, manufacturers, and project teams to resolve technical issues and meet project requirements.
• Prepare configuration records, testing and commissioning reports, technical documentation, and as-built information.
• Support technical handover and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline, preferably Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Telecommunications.
• Minimum 3–6 years of relevant experience in ELV, ICT, electronic security, or system integration.
• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise CCTV, VMS, and Access Control systems.
• Good working knowledge of IP networking, VLANs, switching, PoE, fiber optics, and basic routing.
• Understanding of Windows Server, virtualization, RAID, NAS/SAN, and related ICT infrastructure.
• Experience in system configuration, integration, testing, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting.
• Good documentation, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with enterprise, government, industrial, or Oil & Gas projects will be an advantage.

Preferred Exposure: Axis, Hanwha, Milestone, Genetec, Hikvision, Dahua, HID, Suprema, Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Avaya, or equivalent.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
