Commissioning Managers – Data Centres (Electrical Bias)

Locations: Sweden | Norway | Denmark | Finland

We are recruiting for multiple Commissioning Manager opportunities across the Nordics , supporting a range of data centre projects from the General Contractor (GC) and client side .

These opportunities offer the chance to work on hyperscale, colocation and mission-critical data centre developments, playing a key role in delivering critical infrastructure from construction through to final commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commissioning activities across data centre projects, with a strong electrical focus.
• Oversee the commissioning of critical power systems, including HV/MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, transformers and switchgear.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, OEMs and client teams.
• Manage commissioning programmes, testing procedures, quality documentation and project milestones.
• Support functional testing, integrated systems testing (IST) and final handover.
• Ensure all commissioning activities meet project specifications, safety standards and applicable regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager or Senior Electrical Commissioning Engineer.
• Previous experience within data centres or other mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of critical electrical infrastructure and commissioning methodologies.
• Experience working on either the GC or client side.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexibility to work on-site across the Nordics.
