This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading testing, commissioning, start-up, and handover activities for cleanroom, HVAC, and related building systems.

**Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage the commissioning plan, schedule, procedures, checklists, and resources.

Coordinate pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with engineering, construction, QA/QC, vendors, subcontractors, and the customer.

Review system documentation, drawings, method statements, testing requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Lead functional testing, balancing, validation support, performance verification, and integrated system testing.

Monitor progress, identify technical issues, and drive resolution of defects and punch-list items.

Ensure that testing records, certificates, reports, OM manuals, training records, and handover dossiers are complete.

Coordinate with cleanroom and HVAC specialists to support environmental and operational requirements.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, customer, and project requirements throughout commissioning.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in commissioning HVAC, MEP, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or industrial systems

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline

Experience leading multidisciplinary commissioning teams and coordinating with customers

Knowledge of HVAC systems, air balancing, pressure relationships, filtration, controls, and cleanroom requirements

Ability to read technical drawings, sequences of operation, testing procedures, and commissioning documentation

Strong leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Good written and spoken English and willingness to travel between project sites in India
