机械调试工艺工程师Commissioning Process Engineer

工作职责:

• Check mechanical design drawings from machining process aspect
• Make process design according to the part drawing requirement
• Control the supplier machining process, Assist and Supervise supplier on process definition, or Work out process in accordance with the supplier capability, characteristic
• Handle on time the technical and quality problems during the part manufacturing and assembly phase
• Advise design optimization from machining process point of view

• Be familiar with CAD
• Knowledge of mechanical design and machining process
• Working experience of manufacturing
• Systematic realize about mechanical manufacture
• Technical English language machine builder based
• Relations with colleagues and suppliers
• Good communication and coordinate ability with the team
• Clear thinking, strong ability in problem analyzing and problem
• Passion to the work
• Independent and conscientious
• Quick resolution ability
• Be able to establish good relationship with supplier and guide their work efficiently
• Travel availability
