Do you want to work in a team that designs and oversees an interesting range of services that support people in Warwickshire to be healthy and well? If yes, these could be the roles for you!

About us.

Warwickshire Public Health’s vision is to improve and protect the health and wellbeing of people living and working in Warwickshire and to reduce inequalities. We commission services such as health visiting and school nursing, mental health, drug and alcohol, healthy lifestyles, and domestic abuse.

The successful candidates will report to one of the two Public Health Commissioning Managers, and work alongside Commissioners as well as Public Health practitioners.

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic team players who are interested in commissioning work and who want to support all stages of the commissioning cycle. Day to day work ranges from evaluating the quality and effectiveness of our contracted services, completing research, learning from people with lived experience of services to improve them in the future, and using data and evidence to support decision making.

Successful applicants will have experience of delivering projects from start to finish, and have a keen desire to work as part of a wider team on all aspects of commissioning activity. They will have great people skills and an eye for detail. A qualification in a relevant subject would be desirable, alongside experience of working in a local authority.
