Commissions Processor

COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS, New York’s premier home improvement company, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented commissions processor to join our team at our Syracuse, NY location. This position will have a primary focus on sales commission processing, data entry, and administrative support.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data for contracts, sales orders, product orders, and related documentation.
• Calculate, reconcile, and process sales commissions accurately and efficiently.
• Review commission information for accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
• Navigate and utilize company systems to process commission calculations and maintain accurate records.
• Perform data entry and updates related to product orders.
• Assist with reporting, analysis, and special projects as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including proficiency with calculations and spreadsheets.
• Excellent clerical and data-entry skills with strong attention to accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while consistently meeting strict deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn and navigate company software and systems.
• Prior experience with commissions, payroll, accounting, sales administration, or a similar role is a plus.
