工作职责:

Supplier Development And Management

• According to Commodity strategy to seek suitable supplier, organize the supplier visiting together with SQM etc. to make the pre-evaluation. Make sure the signed MPA, NDA, QAA,TLC,CoC,and update in the global supplier database.
• Support Global Commidity Mangager to update supplier bidder list.
• According to commodity strategy to define the supplier development strategy, and develop the supplier commercially (benchmark etc.), meanwhile coordinate SQM and auditor for supplier technical and quality development.
• Regularly review the related commodity strategy, provide commodity/supplier strategy report to purchasing team and other related department to guide the sourcing and supplier development
• Coordinate and support to solve the escalated suppliers' issues from plant function dept.: delivery problem, capacity problem, quality problem etc. Organize the meeting for yellow/red suppliers, push supplier's continuously improvement.
• In charge of RFQ, bench mark, negotiation of the responsible commodities for new project or localization projects. According to CD documents implement the sourcing activities, and present the required document on BK (purchasing conference).
• Support SQM to monitor the supplier OTS and PPAP timing to ensure no impact to project timing.
• Supporting international and cross-functional Teams to ensure Supplier’ s ability to deliver
• Finish the purchasing report timely, enhance the communication with HQ in Eschen.
• Leading supplier negotiations considering annual saving targets
• Conducting &analyzing China Benchmarks

Project Sourcing

• Early involvement in project acquisition phase and design phase
• Support project purchasing to negotiate/nominate new projects on time.(eg. E-auction/F2F negotiation)

任职条件:

Requirements：

• University or above， major in science related.
• At least 3 years related experiences in machining commodity of automotive industry. Familiar with commodity and related process.
• Fluent English and could work with global team by verbal English.
• Good at WS-office tools.
• Good Communication skill with internal and external teams.
• Could accept business trip.
