Requirements We are searching for a candidate with:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 3 years of sourcing and supply chain experience in manufacturing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of commodity market conditions including pricing, technology, and supply/demand trends

Duties And Responsibilities A typical day may include:

• Driving overall category performance by developing and executing global sourcing strategies for assigned commodities
• Defining and managing supplier strategy and performance, including annual PPV/cost reduction goals and supplier KPIs
• Leading supplier negotiations, RFQs, and contract execution activities
• Utilizing cost modeling, supplier leverage, and market analysis to achieve best total cost outcomes
• Partnering with suppliers to improve on-time delivery and quality performance metrics
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Planning, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Operations, and Procurement teams
• Supporting continuous improvement and Lean initiatives within the Supply Chain organization
• Presenting sourcing strategies and supplier performance updates to senior leadership
• Leading medium-sized projects or contributing to larger strategic supply chain initiatives
• Working closely with the team based in Sacramento and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple Vantage business units

Position Details

• Full Time
• Day Shift, generally Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Based in Sacramento, CA. Travel of up to 20% as necessary
