About the Role

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Communication & Social Media Manager to lead the organization's internal and external communications while managing the digital presence of ARC across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms.
• Create engaging content, including captions, posts, blogs, newsletters, and announcements.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate with the design, videography, and photography teams for content creation.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Manage online reputation and respond to audience queries promptly.
• Coordinate communication for school events, admissions, launches, and corporate initiatives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in communications, branding, or social media management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms, content calendars, and analytics tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Sports Sector.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
