Communication Collaborator (Employer Branding & Internal Communication)

Location: Hanoi

Candidate Requirements

● Strong interest in Employer Branding or Content Creation.

● Solid graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.

● Good visual sense, layout skills, and awareness of social media design trends.

● Good writing skills with a creative and social-first mindset.

● Photography and videography skills are a strong plus.

● Proactive, responsible, and committed to meeting deadlines.

● Comfortable working hands-on across content, visual, video, job seeding, and internal communication tasks.

● Available to work part-time with flexible scheduling.

● Portfolio is preferred.

What you will be doing

● Support monthly content planning for Internal Communications and Employer Branding activities.

● Create and execute content, visuals, and short-form videos for social and internal channels.

● Support job seeding and candidate acquisition across relevant channels and communities.

● Support internal communications and employee engagement activities.

● Assist with communication campaigns, events, and other EB-related projects.
