What they need
Qualification – Graduate / Postgraduate (Pass Out)
Location – Indore, MP
Shift – Night (Work from Office)
Timing will be-
- 7:30 PM to 4:45 AM
(1 hour break time included)
Working Days - Mon to Fri, 5 Days Working
Job Description:
- Handle complete On-boarding and documentation of employees in the USA.
- Perform reference check.
- Manage Background and Drug tests of the employees.
- Co-ordination for joining formalities.
- Co-ordination for Salary and benefits.
- Handle employee issues and grievances.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent Communication skills.
- Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good Team player.
