Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the Regional Communication Manager and Regional Communication Expert to generate relevant content for internal and external communication purposes and channels, including social media content, videos, infographics, people announcements, intranet articles, blog articles, etc. 2. Design engaging internal content and activities based on WeCom functionality, helping to drive a sense of belonging across LDC’s facilities in North Asia. 3. Support regional content maintenance/updates on LDC’s website and intranet. 4. Support localization of communication materials by translating relevant content, to engage local stakeholders. 5. Support internal event execution for North Asia (such as the Genesis Value Awards trip, as part of an internal workplace culture initiative). Requirements: 1. Communication related background. 2. Experience with social media account management (WeChat and WeChat Moment in particular) and knowledge of international social media environment (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). 3. Proficiency with MS Office suite, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly PhotoShop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / Movie maker). Knowledge of / experience with SharePoint, WordPress or other CMS a plus. 4. Passion for social media and content creation. 5. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines, with flexibility amid changing events and circumstances.
