Communication Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Partner closely with the BU, including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales and other cross-functional teams, to support business priorities through effective communications. This role is responsible for developing and executing communication programs that strengthen stakeholder engagement, enhance brand and therapy awareness, and contribute to business growth. Key Responsibilities：

• Develop communication strategies and plans based on business priorities and execute integrated communication programs to support business objectives.
• Develop compelling narratives, key messages and communication content for key business initiatives, including product launches, brand campaigns, disease awareness initiatives and other strategic projects.
• Leverage media, digital, thought leadership and stakeholder engagement channels to amplify business priorities and strengthen brand and therapy awareness.
• Manage communication projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Track communication outcomes and continuously optimize communication approaches to improve effectiveness and business impact. Qualifications：
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing communications or related functions.
• Pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences industry experience is highly preferred.
• Good business acumen with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective communication approaches. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication planning, storytelling and content development capabilities.
• Strong execution and project management skills.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
