- Support internal communication initiatives that help employees understand IREN’s strategy, projects, operating priorities, culture, and key milestones, preparing materials for leadership updates, town halls, onboarding, campaigns, and other employee communication activities.
- Monitor communication channels, content performance, audience feedback, and emerging topics relevant to IREN’s activities in Spain, preparing regular reports and identifying adjustments that improve reach, engagement, message consistency, and communication effectiveness.
- Maintain communication templates, content repositories, brand assets, approval workflows, agency deliverables, and reporting routines, helping establish an efficient and scalable communications model for IREN Spain while protecting brand and message consistency.
