Communication Specialist

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Participate in voice and video meetings and communications.
• Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and business contacts.
• Assist with daily scheduling, coordination, and work arrangements.
• Maintain accurate and professional communication records when required.
• Support the team with other communication and coordination tasks.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable participating in voice and video calls.
• Professional, reliable, and organized.
• Able to work a 10-hour shift with 2 days off per week.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City.
• Chinese/Cantonese language proficiency is preferred where required for communication with Cantonese-speaking clients or contacts.
• Previous experience in customer service, communications, client relations, administration, or a related field is an advantage.
