Communication Specialist

Job Summary
The Communications Specialist is responsible for managing internal and external communications, developing corporate content, and maintaining a consistent professional image across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute internal announcements, corporate communications, and newsletters.
• Draft, review, and edit professional correspondence, press releases, and communication materials.
• Manage and coordinate content for the company's website, social media platforms, and other digital channels.
• Ensure consistency in corporate messaging and brand identity.
• Coordinate communication activities for corporate events, conferences, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to support internal communication initiatives.
• Coordinate communication requirements for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and internal activities.
• Support the planning and execution of corporate communication campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor digital engagement and prepare communication performance reports.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely delivery of all communication materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong drafting, editing, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in social media management and digital content creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design and content management tools is an advantage.
