COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

AllGeos Solutions Private Limited (AGS) is looking for a creative, results-oriented Communication Specialist to strengthen our written digital presence and support business growth in geoscience, geophysical surveys, groundwater exploration, and advanced subsurface investigation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and publish content for LinkedIn, our main channel, including company posts, campaign series, and posts for our CEO and technical experts
• Mirror and adapt this content for secondary channels such as Facebook and Instagram
• Own a shared content calendar and deliver to deadlines across product launches, conferences, and campaigns
• Write technical blogs, articles, case studies, and website content.
• Create and edit promotional videos and product demonstration content.
• Support brand development and business development activities.
• Create product guides, FAQs, and help content for our support platform
• Write scripts, titles, descriptions, and subtitles for product, training, and field videos
• Optimise video descriptions for search and discoverability
• Grow engagement with customers, distributors, resellers, and the wider geoscience community

Required Skills

• Excellent written English: clear, precise, and engaging. You can adapt tone for a CEO post, a product guide, and a YouTube description
• Knowledge of Adobe tools and photo and video editing software.
• Experience in B2B, technical, industrial, or engineering marketing will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn (company pages and personal profiles), YouTube Studio, Mailchimp or similar email tools, and WordPress or a similar CMS
• Experience using AI and productivity tools, with a clear vision for how to use them effectively to support our brand's tone of voice.
• The curiosity to understand technical subjects and the discipline to explain them without jargon or overstatement
• A structured way of working: you can manage several deadlines at once and deliver on time, and work comfortably with remote digital management tools (ClickUp, Slack, Pivotal Tracker, Trello, etc)
• A portfolio of published work that shows your range across channels, including photo and video editing.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
