Job Title: Communication Senior Associate

Location: Chennai

Work Type: Hybrid (4 Days work From Office)

Position Description:

• Responsible for coordinating the communications output within a company.
• Create company literature and other forms of communication.
• Create marketing and promotional materials, both print and electronic.
• Develop targeted communication campaigns and ensure campaign ideas and strategies are effective and targeted to the right audience.
• Build and craft thoughtful communication geared towards specific audience and customers.
• Strategize and analyze compelling insights that attract customers and solve their business needs.
• Partner with creative and marketing teams to strategize delivery and execution
• Strategize, recommend, implement and maintain site design and operation.
• Promote products and services.
• Create thought leadership materials.
• Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.
• Prepare briefing materials.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion and within deadlines.
• Degree in Communications or other relevant discipline.
• Strong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).

Skills Required:

Skills Preferred:

• Strategic Planning, Event Planning

Experience Required:

• Senior Associate Exp: 4 years in in relevant field

Experience Preferred:

• Strategic Planning, Event Planning

Education Required:

• Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree

• Creative Designs: Develop and design engaging posters, PPTs , and videos that align with our brand guidelines and communication strategies.
• Content Creation: Ability to create content and assist in maintaining the regular circulation of routine emails and posts to ensure consistent communication flow.
• Collaboration and Data Collection: Work closely with various teams to gather and consolidate key data necessary for communication and engagement initiatives.
• Project Assistance: Support the Communication and Engagement Specialist with ongoing projects, contributing to their successful execution and delivery.
• Strong Communication Skills: Leverage strong communication skills to conduct employee engagement activities.
• Actively collaborate with the engagement specialist to brainstorm and develop creative employee engagement initiatives, enhancing the overall team experience and workplace culture.
