We currently have exciting opportunities for enthusiastic and experienced Communication Technicians to join our growing Electrical team, located in Canberra.

What are we looking for?

• Highly motivated and adaptable qualified communications technicians
• Experience working on Cat6A cabling projects
• Experience working with Fibre optical cabling, including splicing and testing
• Fault-finding and testing experience
• Excellent work ethic – continuing to build our reputation for excellence
• Good attention to detail maintained when working to time constraints
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong understanding of safety, environmental and quality systems.
• Ability to work autonomously
• Maintain a high level of commitment to safety during work tasks

What do I need?

• ACMA Licensed with the relevant endorsements
• 5+ years’ experience in the industry
• Construction White Card and driver license
• EWP high risk licence
• Understanding of AS/CA S009/2020 and AS/CA S008:2020
• Experience on Communication fit-out projects
• Experience on Cat6/6A patch panel / comms rack fit off
• Experience with Fibre Optic Splicing and Testing
