Communication Trainer
Fractional Position | 5 Working Days Equivalent per Month

Responsibilities

• Develop training materials, e-learning modules, exercises and assessments.
• Conduct workshops on TC business English, writing, resident correspondence, emails and professional communication.
• Conduct pre- and post-programme assessments and provide written feedback.
• Provide training support as required [Zoom sessions are acceptable]
• Monitor training participation and learning outcomes
• Provide customised coaching on the application of English for effective communications for selected leaders
• Produce website articles and other communication content as required.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in English, Communications, Education, Training & Development or related field.
• Experience in workplace English or communication training for adult learners.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in e-learning, assessments and written feedback would be an advantage.
• Customer or resident-facing communication experience is preferred.
