Agena is looking for an organised and creative Communications & Content Coordinator to help deliver clear, useful and credible communications for clients, prospects, service users, colleagues and wider stakeholders.

This is a hands-on delivery role spanning content creation, internal communications, customer evidence, digital channels and communications coordination. The role works from approved priorities, messages and briefs. It does not set corporate narrative, own reputation strategy or determine campaign targeting and performance.

  • Develop content for Agena and its portfolio brands, ensuring the correct tone, messaging and brand identity.
  • Manage content calendars, asset libraries and publishing schedules to keep communications accurate and up to date.
  • Turn complex operational, technical and commercial information into clear, audience-friendly content.
  • Produce client case studies, testimonials, sales collateral, presentations and customer-focused communications.
  • Support internal communications, leadership updates, colleague engagement campaigns and workforce communications.
  • Create clear and accessible information for motorists and service users, including FAQs, guidance materials and customer communications.
  • Support change, acquisition and integration communications, including announcements, FAQs and stakeholder updates.
  • Monitor content performance and engagement, using insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
  • Use approved AI tools responsibly to support content creation, while maintaining accuracy, brand standards and confidentiality.

Who You Are

  • An excellent writer and communicator with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
  • Curious, organised and detail-oriented, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident translating complex information into clear, engaging and accessible content.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with colleagues, clients and subject matter experts to gather information and develop content.
  • Interested in developing your skills across communications, content marketing, digital channels and customer engagement.
  • Experienced in using AI-assisted tools responsibly while maintaining accountability for the quality and accuracy of your work.
  • You will have a relevant degree, apprenticeship or professional qualification in communications, content, journalism, marketing or equivalent practical experience.

Full job description and person specification is available on request and will also be provided during shortlisting and interview stages.
