Growing, tiny, company expects to blow thru 1.1million in gross revenue in the next 12 months, and we need to add to our people to make this happen.

We, Rollin’ Along, save the life and lives of our clients by installing and servicing Lifts, Ramps, Door Operators and Elevators that provide safe and usable access to businesses, homes, vehicles, and the world

Presently we have 3 technicians, and 2 office people, you will add to our office people. This work will involve working in our office initially, to train, and work with you. As you gain understanding of our style and the nature of our efforts you can freely work remotely. We will want to meet face to face about 1x /week in the morning.

I find the work worth getting up for every day.

Duties:

· Available and Active 2x-day 9-11am and 4-6pm – 5 days a week (negotiable)

· Expected to expand as we grow

· Answer every call / email / lead (empty inbox) by the end of the day

o We receive 20-40 calls and leads /week

· You will receive a call to update status on every service call, sales call, site visit that will be recorded into the ACT database

Your responsibilities include:

· Making initial contact with every lead from all sources:
Angi, Yelp, Our Website

· Assisting in the billing efforts making sure we collect for the work we have completed

· Keeping accurate records in our contact database (ACT)

· Lead follow-up on quoted systems

· Responding to email requests for quotes, and insurance certificates

This work offers:

This work needs:

· Capable phone personality

· BiLingual (Spanish / English) a plus

· We use the following programs, and your familiarity with them will accelerate your comfort with this position:
QuickBooks Desktop
MS Office 2019
ACT v24
Familiarity with these programs is a plus and NOT a requirement

· Segments of the work will need attention during the day. The rest can occur at your choice of hours / timing.

· Find the book “Negotiating your Salary: How to Make $1000 a Minute” by Jack Chapman. You may need to buy this. After you read this book, call Joan to schedule a face to face meeting. Joan’s number (510-878-0471)

· At this meeting, we will both feel ready to discuss an appropriate salary for this work.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
