Jordan and Lindsay are a husband-and-wife team who built something genuinely meaningful in Indiana. They do tattoo removal, laser services, permanent makeup, and spa services just to name a few. OKAY, BUT WHAT IS THIS JOB ACTUALLY?

You're the person who keeps everything moving.

You answer the phone. You follow up with leads. You schedule appointments. You respond to texts and DMs. You greet people when they walk in and make them feel like they came to the right place. You help develop communication strategies that keep clients engaged. You assist with social media and email marketing. You keep the chaos organized so the team or service providers can focus on doing the work they're great at.

You are, essentially, the glue.

This is not a complicated job. But it requires someone who actually shows up, follows through, and genuinely cares about doing good work. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage a communication strategy focused on client outreach and retention
• Answer phones, respond to texts, DMs, and emails with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule and organize service appointments with precision
• Greet clients in person and make them feel like they came to the right place
• Create email marketing content that connects with clients and drives action
• Manage and assist with social media (Instagram, Facebook, and more)
• Prescreen clients to identify the right service candidates
• Follow up with leads consistently, reliably, and without being asked twice
• Help maintain brand standards and quality across all communications
• Support Jordan and Lindsay with day-to-day operational needs as they arise
