Communications Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for an Internal Communications Assistant to support the development and delivery of internal communication materials, staff engagement activities, and communication campaigns. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, attention to detail, and experience in content development and digital communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, proofread, and format internal communications, newsletters, announcements, presentations, and FAQs.
• Simplify technical information into clear, audience-friendly content.
• Maintain SharePoint pages and other internal communication channels.
• Support staff engagement activities, town halls, and communication campaigns.
• Track communication requests, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with design and multimedia teams on communication materials.
• Collect communication data and provide administrative support to the communications team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in internal communications, content development, corporate communications, or employee engagement.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital communication platforms.
• Basic graphic design, photography, or video editing skills are an advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
