Copy and Communications Lead - The role owns the brand copywriting across their portfolio and sets the standard for how the brands sound on pack, on screen and in market. You will write copy for global packaging, set brand guidelines and lead a small team delivering copy across brands and markets. It suits a senior communicator with a proven writing and editing background — someone who can bring a brand to life through copy, and who has the eye for detail to be final sign-off on global packaging. You will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a communications, copywriting or editing role, preferably within FMCG, outstanding writing and editing skills, with forensic attention to detail and experience owning brand voice across a portfolio, and writing to established brand platforms. Content and Marketing Coordinator - This role oversees the day-to-day management and optimisation of brand digital and social presence, content creation and execution to deliver high-level engagement with target audiences across the portfolio. You will be working across creative, content, media and online platforms in this strategy to execution role. You will own all social media channels, including daily social media monitoring, scheduling, implementation, optimising and responding to foster community engagement and growth. You will manage activation and events, bringing relevant moments to life in-store, and work with influencers and PR partners. You will be a strong copywriter, owning all brand communications. Digital Marketing Specialist - This role owns the digital marketing function and drives growth across all channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — you won't be writing strategy decks for someone else to implement. You will be in the platforms every day: building campaigns, helping optimise ads, writing EDMs, updating Shopify, analysing data, and making decisions that directly impact revenue. Reporting to the GM/Operations Manager, you will have real ownership and autonomy. If you are the kind of marketer who gets excited watching conversion rates climb, loves testing and iterating, and wants to see the direct results of your work, this is your role. Reference #40308
