Communications Coordinator

Minimum Experience: 2 Years

Roles Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous and accurate information assistance to existing parents and prospective parents approaching the School s office with queries.

• Ensure that all emails received through the School s official email address are acknowledged and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.

• Liaise with vendors and service providers to support the School s operational and administrative needs.

• Maintain and regularly update the School s official website to ensure that all information remains current and accurate.

• Manage and monitor the School s social media channels to ensure timely, engaging, and appropriate communication aligned with the School s values.

Requirements:

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English communication.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple communication channels efficiently.

Qualification: Post-graduate in any discipline
