About the role

We're looking for a Communications Coordinator to join our growing Communications team in Den Bosch. As Communications Coordinator, you will help bring L's stories to life across internal and external channels while supporting content creation, social media, events and employee communications.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help strengthen our brand, keep employees informed and create engaging content that connects audiences around the world. It's a hands-on role with plenty of variety, responsibility and opportunities to learn and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Support Internal & External Communications: Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering communications across multiple channels;
• Content Creation & Publishing: Help develop, write, edit and schedule content for internal platforms, LinkedIn and other communication channels;
• Social Media Coordination: Monitor and coordinate LinkedIn activity alongside the Communications Manager;
• Events & Employee Experience: Support events and activities at the Den Bosch headquarters together with the Head of Communications & Experience;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with international teams to gather stories, updates and content from across the business;
• Brand Consistency: Help ensure all communications are engaging, accurate and aligned with the L brand;
• Administrative Coordination: Maintain content calendars, support planning activities and help keep projects on track.

What you bring

• A degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field;
• Experience within a communications, marketing or PR agency;
• Fluent English, with native-level proficiency preferred;
• Excellent writing and communication skills;
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Experience in an in-house communications role.
