Communications Coordinator, Digital Platforms & Reporting

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate email campaigns, newsletters, and other digital communications to promote company initiatives and products.
• Manage intranet content, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information for employees.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders through effective email communication.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Mailchimp or Pardot to optimize future communications.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in digital communications coordination or a related field.
• Proficiency in creating engaging email campaigns using various platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and their application in BFSI industry.
• Experience working on projects involving digital signage solutions.
