Communications Executive

Aedas is a leading international architectural design practice dedicated to creating world-class design solutions with deep social and cultural understanding of the communities we design for. We are seeking a dynamic Communications Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, and a passion for architecture to help elevate our brand presence in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of corporate communication strategies that enhance the company's brand and market presence.
• Create engaging internal and external communications, including corporate announcements, newsletters, press releases, and thought leadership content.
• Prepare and coordinate English and Chinese content for marketing collateral, digital platforms, publications, and video productions.
• Support media relations activities and maintain relationships with industry associations, professional institutes, conference organisers, and media partners.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and communications teams across Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and the Middle East to deliver integrated campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Undertake other ad hoc projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or content development. Experience within the architecture design or related design industries will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong storytelling and content creation abilities, with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Creative, proactive, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A team player who is eager to learn, contribute new ideas, and grow within a fast-paced international environment.
