Job Summary Fellowship - 19 hours per week This Fellowship will focus on expanding Cape Fear Public Utility Authority’s advertising and outreach initiatives while providing the Fellow with hands-on experience working in a local government Communications Department. The Fellow will be responsible for developing an engaging advertising campaign that highlights CFPUA’s clearly better drinking water and its value to the community.

Essential Job Functions

• Create advertising proposals

• Develop and design content

• Identify potential advertising locations and partners across CFPUA’s service area in Wilmington, New Hanover County, and Wrightsville Beach.

• Support the Communications Department’s day-to-day functions by:

• Proposing social media campaigns

• Developing photo and video content

• Assisting with outreach events, as needed

Education, Experience, And Other Requirements Enrolled in a Masters-level Communications, Marketing, or Integrated Marketing Communications program.
