What are we looking for? So glad you asked!

• A smart, creative, and funny person. Someone who is socially nimble and welcoming. Are you the person who gets the crowd on the dance floor? We want you.
• Communication EXCELLENCE. We need you to talk to our players, coaches, managers, and beyond. Their trust in you equals our success on the pitch.
• Experience with graphic design, whether it be Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, etc. We are looking for someone that has an eye for branding, aesthetics, and being bold.
• Exceptional organizational skills. Do you love planners and highlighters, or scheduling group gatherings with friends on Google Calendar? This internship might be for you.
• Doom scrollers welcome. We need you to be up on current trends and have experience creating content.
• Interest in and knowledge of the soccer world. You don’t need to be an expert, but a basic understanding of the game is key and a passion for what we are doing.
• Talent in telling a tale. We need you to pull people in with your words and create a lasting impact after they finish reading.
• We need availability. Someone who can attend at least one weeknight training and one weekend game most weeks to collect content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all social media accounts daily (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Send weekly eblasts through Mailchimp
• Create engaging content on a weekly basis, such as:
• Creating graphics for posts
• Filming/posting video content
• Create calendar for social media content
• Grow social networks and collect, review, and report analytics monthly
• Collaborate on social platforms with CPR sponsors
• Research articles, stories, resources, photos, videos, etc from activities and events
• Interact with the audience via CPR’s social media accounts

This internship provides a stipend of $300/week. This role offers direct mentorship from senior leadership and a chance to build a professional portfolio.
