Your Task

The aim of this position is to support the T-Systems CCO staff with a clear focus on communication tasks in German and English. The role focuses on preparing, creating, and ongoing maintenance of internal and external communication materials as well as assisting with management and presentation content.

Responsibilities

• Support T-Systems CCO staff with communication tasks
• Prepare and edit communication materials in German and English
• Prepare content and visual elements for internal and external communication documents
• Prepare presentations, slide decks and management documents in German and English
• Participate in the preparation of management messages, announcements, newsletters and other communication materials
• Maintain and update company presentations, intranet sites and related content
• Create new intranet content and blog posts
• Assist in preparing reporting documents and communication summaries

Your Profile

We are looking for a Communication Intern with strong bilingual communication skills in German and English, currently pursuing university studies, and proficient in creating and maintaining professional communication materials.

Must Have Skills

• Ongoing university studies in the area of communication or in a comparable degree program
• Availability of at least 20 hours per week
• Very strong written and spoken German skills
• Very strong written and spoken English skills
• Very good language skills as well as a confident and demanding writing style in both working languages
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of content and a good sense of visual preparation
• Accurate, proactive and responsible way of working
• Good organizational skills
• Structured thinking
• High attention to details
• Safe use of Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
• Active student status for at least one more year

Nice to Have Skills

• Interest in corporate communications
• Interest in sales or marketing
