Global Communications Lead

As a supplier to one of our leading financial organisations, I am seeking a Global Communications Lead for a 6 month contract in Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate communication plans for key international strategic priorities, including global market positioning and the organisation’s strategic direction.
• Translate complex business priorities into clear narratives, key messages and communication materials for regional teams.
• Support the global launch and ongoing activation of the International Cooperative through internal storytelling and engaging content.
• Create leadership and employee communications, including executive messages, speeches, video scripts and leadership briefings.
• Ensure communications are consistent, relevant and aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.

Experience:

• A Master’s degree in Communications or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of senior-level communications experience within an international organisation.
• Strong experience in strategic, employee and leadership communications.
• A proven track record in international community building.
• Excellent editorial judgement, writing and storytelling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication planning capabilities.
• A structured, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
