Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

• Act as the content creator, editor, and manager for the company’s digital and social media platforms
• Craft creative, engaging, and relevant content that captures the company’s brand identity and essence
• Develop and implement effective campaigns to refine messaging and enhance brand perception
• Manage PR agencies and develop strategies for media and branding
• Maintain good relationships with media and regular networking
• Analyze performance metrics and create comprehensive reports on key insights
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and identify growth strategies and tactics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Art, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in PR agencies or digital marketing, with expertise in social media management and content creation
• Proven track record of planning, executing, and reporting on scalable online campaigns
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software
• A team player who is self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently
• Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Sharp graphic design sense is an added advantage
• Understanding of design, luxury and hospitality industries preferred
• Exceptional command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms
