Communications Manager

What you'll be doing

You'll play a key role in how we communicate with employees, members, and the communities we serve. From executive messaging and internal campaigns to member communications and content creation, you'll help ensure every message is thoughtful, authentic, and impactful.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing and leading internal communication strategies and campaigns
• Creating content that informs, inspires, and engages employees
• Writing executive communications, presentations, and leadership messaging
• Supporting marketing initiatives with persuasive member-focused copy that drives the reader to action
• Developing blog, website, and digital content that strengthens our brand, increases membership and deposits
• Collaborating with partners on public relations and social media efforts
• Managing communication calendars and content plans
• Measuring engagement and identifying opportunities to improve communication effectiveness
• Serving as a trusted communications partner to leaders across the organization

What we're looking for

We're less interested in buzzwords and more interested in finding someone who can connect with people through great communication.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have several years of experience in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• Are an exceptional writer with strong editing and storytelling skills that compels the reader to action
• Know how to adapt your message for different audiences and communication channels
• Enjoy building relationships and collaborating across teams
• Can manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• Bring both creativity and strategic thinking to your work
• Have experience supporting leaders and executive communications
