Communications Rep Stf - E4

For our client, we are seeking a Communications Rep Stf - E4 to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will drive strategic communications initiatives that support major business priorities, with a strong emphasis on trade show media relations, executive visibility, and stakeholder engagement.

The position partners closely with program communicators, executive leaders, and financial communications stakeholders to shape messaging, prepare spokespeople, and deliver measurable communications outcomes in a highly complex and visible environment.

It is an opportunity for an experienced communications professional to influence external perception, strengthen media relationships, and support key moments that matter across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,400 – $206,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of trade show media strategies for the communications team
• Collaborate with program communicators to align media outreach with business objectives
• Act as a spokesperson, build relationships with journalists, and facilitate interviews
• Advise executives on media relations and prepare them for engagements through training
• Serve as the liaison with the Corporate financial communications team for quarterly earnings efforts
• Champion strategic communications activities for high-priority trade shows
• Engage stakeholders through measurable communications programs that support business goals

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in media relations or strategic communications
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
• Strategic thinker with a creative approach to media relations and issues management
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic
• Familiarity with contemporary communications trends and new media techniques
