CBI Midwest is a supporter-growth company based in Indianapolis. We help charities grow through real, in-person conversations, building trust and turning interest in meaningful causes into lasting support.

We're hiring Communications Representatives to represent our charity partners at live events, promotional campaigns, and public venues across the Indianapolis area, starting genuine conversations and signing up new supporters.

No marketing or sales experience required. Our team comes from customer service, hospitality, retail, events, and many other backgrounds.

Essentials

• Full-time, on-site, based at our Indianapolis office.
• Weekly base pay plus performance-based incentives, including commissions.
• Hands-on training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching.
