Communications Trainer

We are hiring for

• Must have experience as business communication trainer for at least 2 years+
• Should have exposure to NPS / C-Sat. Should be able to design training basis observations from audits and conduct independent TNAs
• Supporting email and chat project is added advantage
• Experience in retail is a plus
• Experience in using MS Office
• A2 level profile
• Should be open to rotational shifts and WO
• Ability to drive conversation as per client approved communication style
• Should be able to bring agents upto speed on cultural nuances (UK)
