Community Ambassador

About the role

Perfect Resources (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Community Ambassador to join our team in Tsim Sha Tsui. This position that plays a vital role in building and fostering community engagement for Perfect Vibes, our modern lifestyle brand. As a Perfect Vibes Community Ambassador, you will be one of the key faces of our growing community. Rather than simply promoting products, you will create authentic, user-generated content (UGC) that showcases a healthy, active lifestyle and inspires others through your personal wellness journey, gym life, training routines and racing experiences. You will be responsible for driving community participation, building brand loyalty and creating a vibrant, inclusive environment where individuals can pursue their fitness and wellness goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content featuring products and experiences for the brand's Instagram and Facebook pages
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches and creative ideation
• Educate the community about the benefits of premium nutrition and healthy living
• Attend Perfect Vibes community events, pop-ups and partner collaborations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community members, participants and brand partners
• Gather feedback from the community and report insights to management to inform programme development and improvements
• Monitor social media platforms and other communication channels to engage with the community
• Represent the brand professionally at community outreach events and networking opportunities
• Support the development of community partnerships and sponsorship opportunities

About you

• Deeply passionate about health, fitness, wellness and an active lifestyle
• Active fitness enthusiast with hands-on experience in Hyrox, CrossFit, weight training, marathons, running clubs or regular gym training
• Active presence on social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, Threads and/or Xiaohongshu) with a minimum of 800 followers on at least one platform
• Demonstrated interest in creating dedicated fitness or health content
• Proficient in creating high-quality photo and video content, with basic photo and video editing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
• Creative thinking and content ideation ability
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team
• Genuine desire to build and nurture communities
• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
