We are looking for a Community Collaboration Manager who can build strong relationships with brands, PR agencies, influencers, and communities. This role requires someone with excellent networking skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for partnerships.

Responsibilities: - Identify and pitch collaboration opportunities with brands, influencers, tourism boards, and PR agencies. Build and maintain relationships with potential partners. Negotiate and close collaboration deals while ensuring mutual benefits. Manage contracts, deadlines, and deliverables for collaborations. Work with internal teams to execute collab campaigns smoothly. - Foster and engage the community through interactive activities, contests, and events. Represent the brand at events, networking meets, and industry gatherings. Track collaboration performance and prepare reports. Stay updated with partnership trends and PR opportunities. - Create a strong sense of belonging in the community by being approachable and proactive.
