COMMUNITY & SEEDING LEAD

3-month engagement, potential to extend | $250-500/month depending on scope | Remote

X Latte Company is a new ready-to-drink latte brand launching this fall. In our first months we're sending boxes to the people who genuinely get it - starting with hijabi creators and their community. We need someone to own that campaign end to end.

What you'll do:

• Build the seeding list: hijabi creators and people who deeply understand this community and moment

• Run the outreach and get boxes out the door

• Follow up for content, track what lands, and report what's working

• Build our ambassador bench from the creators who pop

Who you are:

• Genuinely fluent in Muslim community and culture - you know the creators, the humor, the moment

• Organized and relentless with follow-ups

• Comfortable owning a campaign with loose structure
